Safety & Protection

Boys Network International holds your child’s safety in the highest importance. Our safety and protection plan Includes:
• Child Protection Plan: Every staff member is vetted, trained, and accountable. We maintain the highest safeguarding standards at all times.

• Crisis Management: Trained response teams are in place for medical, security, or reputational emergencies — with timely and transparent parent communication.

• Camp Security: Professional security ensures 24/7 protection with guarded entry points, safety drills, home controlled door access, surveillance cameras and adequate security protocols.

People & Supervision

Our staff includes trained mentors, house parents, and specialists in health, safety, and personal development and Includes:

• Staffing and Supervision: Trained mentors and support staff are always present. Low adult-to-boy ratios ensure personalized attention and safety.

• Discpline: Our boys are guided to live out Christian values of respect, discipline, and accountability — with clear expectations for

all.

Crisis Management and communcation

Your Child’s Safety is Our Priority We have a clear plan for handling any emergency — medical,

security, or reputational. A trained response team handles crises with transparency, communicating with parents immediately, while prioritizing child safety and emotional well-being.

Facilities and wellness

We maintain well-equipped dorms, classrooms, and training areas with high sanitation standards, fire safety systems, backup power, and water access.Regular inspections ensure a safe and child-friendly environment. Or facilities and wellness program includes:

• Facilities Management: Boys live and learn in clean, secure, well-maintained dorms and training spaces with proper sanitation, lighting, and infrastructure.

• Health Services: On-site medical support is available 24/7, and parents provide medical histories in advance for preparedness.

• Food Services: We serve balanced, allergy-conscious meals prepared under high hygiene standards. Cooking also doubles as a life skill — boys participate in preparing food under guidance. Meals are nutritious, hygienic, and also a learning opportunity — with cooking sessions led by professionals

Transport and logistics

Transportation: Secure, organized transport with licensed drivers, verified routes, central pickup and drop off and real-time parent updates ensures peace of mind from pickup to drop-off.
